I'm looking to fill my spare room on a temporary basis, am flexible on duration but a short term or Monday-Friday lodger would be ideal for me. Need somebody who will mainly be out of the house during working hours as I often work from home.
I'm a single Mum age 40 and have a teenage daughter. Very friendly, enjoy socialising, nights out, meals etc.
The room is a single room with plenty of storage space. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, large garden and onsite parking.
I'm located in the lovely village of Kennington just a couple of miles out from Oxford City Centre, OX1 postcode. Easy bus route and amenities nearby. Village shop, pub, library, River Close by.
