Double bed furnished room in Kidlington OX5 2JY

Hi,

I will have a double bed, semi furnished room (bed, bedside table, chest of draws and possibly a desk) in Kidlington from around 15/07/2024. There is loads of storage space with this room (two built in wardrobes to be precise).

Currently have a tenant in until mid July so very much testing the waters at the moment.

Price will be £500pcm bills included but open to negotiation.

Ideally would be looking for a student but happy to consider professionals as well. Would ideally be looking to start with a 3 month contract and go from there.

Flat is in Kidlington and around a 10 minute walk from local shops and amenities, 20 minutes from Oxford Parkway train station and 5 minutes from bus stops to Oxford.

There is street parking available.

Shared living area but I work from home and my desk is in the living room so will be occupied during the days.
