Tenant/Lodger for spare room, great location!
Hello all 😊 I am looking for a tenant/lodger for my spare room from any time from 15/06/24 onwards.
The house is just off the Cowley Road, a 15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle from central Oxford, and 1 minute from useful shops - Superdrug, Sainsbury’s, tesco, and all the amenities of the Cowley road.
The room has a double bed and mattress, and bedding is available if necessary. It now also has a chest of drawers and wardrobe and I am happy to discuss with whoever ends up taking the room what more they would need. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher and garden. I will add more pictures shortly.
I am a live-in landlord and so will take care of any issues within the house.
The ideal candidate will be respectful, fairly quiet, and trustworthy!
