The house is a 3 bed simi with open plan ground floor, two double bedrooms. Fully fitted kitchen, TV in living room with Netflix and Amazon prime. Bathroom shared with 1 other person with rainfall shower. Private garden backing on to lakes and woodland which make for great walks/ runs
The house is shared with just myself.
The room is a good sized double bedroom with views over the garden and can come furnished with a double bed (bedding if needed) mirrored wardrobe and also a built in cupboard and will still have room for a bedside table chest of draws/desk.
Off road parking for 1 car
Bayston hill is a short drive from Shrewsbury, has good transport links by bus, shops, pubs, takeaways as well as being close to the retail park. There is also a cycle route which goes in to Shrewsbury town centre and to shrewsbury hospital.
My last house mate was female who would be happy to give a reference if needed.
