A bright & spacious room has become available, situated in a quiet, large ground floor flat, in the Boxgrove area of Guildford, not far from Stoke Park.

The room has been well looked after, with new carpet, white furniture, & new double bed. The room has cable TV & there is WiFi throughout.

The flat comprises of a bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin & toilet. There is also a second guest toilet with hand basin aswell. The kitchen has all the usual amenities, of which is kept clean & tidy all the time.

There is parking, on a first come/ first served basis. Or room for a bicycle if need be. The grounds are large & well kept by the estate.

I would advise viewing as some pictures don’t show the full potential of this spacious property.
