Right beside Brickfield Park, and very close to Jesmond Dene and Heaton Park.

We have lovely neighbours on our street which we are good friends with. Quiet street in Heaton just off Chillingham Road. Feels very safe here, plus this street feels like a lovely community :)

My best friend who I have lived with for 3 years is moving to London. We have made this flat feel like a home. The flat is fully furnished, zero damp issues due to having two dehumidifiers which also dry clothes within a day and have them smelling fresh, lovely back yard and front area of the flat.

The bedroom looks onto the back yard. Brand new mattress bought Nov 2023 - memory foam.

I am a teacher and am easy going with a very positive attitude. I am very tidy and take pride in a clean home. Due to being a teacher, this wouldn't be a party flat.

Your two other flat mates would be my cats Jasper (3y/o male grey cat) and Wednesday (6y/o female tabby cat). They are very affectionate and bring a lovely company in the flat. I am just looking for someone who is happy to share a flat with two cats and is okay with being vigilant that they do not get out due to being indoor cats :)
