Newcastle PhD student flat looking to fill spot

Potentially your bedroom (bigger room)

Hi! I'm a third year PhD student at Newcastle University looking for two new flatmates to join me in September. This will be replacing my current flatmates as they are both leaving after completing their studies.

The flat is in an amazing location in the city centre of Newcastle, 5 minutes walk between Newcastle uni and Northumbria as well as Haymarket metro.

Would prefer students, ideally another post-grad or an older undergrad, also someone clean. I'd want to meet up/video call to have a chat first to make sure we'd all get along. Happy to take two individuals or two people who already know one another.

The biggest room and one of the two smaller rooms are up for grabs, The biggest room has a lot of storage (there's a wardrobe build into one wall, not pictured).

Parking not available as standard, but you can pay for a spot, also carparks and street parking close by.

Washing machine/dryer, but NO dishwasher. Heating is all electric. Third floor flat, no elevator. Currently we're all students so we don't pay council tax. I believe this is tax band C.

About me: I'm a very chill, smiley, outgoing person. I think I'm easy to get along with. Very busy at the minute with work and social stuff, but would still like to live with people I'd be friends with too. I do like my own space too though as I'm technically an introvert so need my recharge time 😂 I'm pretty clean and would appreciate similar levels in a flatmate. I like to read, run, gym, play videogames, do art, watch movies, lots. Regularly get into a million hobbies that I can't manage to keep up 😂 If you think we'd get along message right away!
