This is a newly built detached Annex consisting of a basement and ground floor. It has an ensuite interior cozy bedroom with Luxury king bed, orthopedic matress, a spacious dressing room, and a Jacuzi tub. A separate single bed can be added if requested.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the main building at the seperate entrance, and it's shared between the two homes, they are usually free most of the time.
The Annex is detached with a separate entrance and private parking if needed. If you need the parking slot, the price will be £1500.
The guest house shares a garden view with the main house and it has its own private garden with loungers, offering a stay with calmness and privacy.
The location is excellent, as it is a short walk to the War Memorial Park, a short drive (28 minutes walk) to Warwick University, Coventry University, City Centre and Train station. It's also close to Solihull and Birmingham.
The price includes all bills with a high speed WiFi and Netflix. I have very good references from previous guests to show.
