Hey ☺️ I’m looking for a new tenant to replace me as I moved in with my partner. My tenancy runs out mid-September, but the room is also available next academic year so you’d have the option to stay.

The room has been perfect - super warm, bright, has a big window and feels quite secluded despite being really close to transport links and amenities.

I couldn’t have wished for better housemates, so I’m hoping to find someone just as lovely! They’re all really friendly and love crafting or watching something together in the evenings.

• Ideal location (2m walk to bus for Warwick uni, near town and shops)

• Landlord is part of the Good Landlord society and is really responsive!
