Room to suit a quiet professional

This room is in a large, modern detached house.
I am looking to share my house with a professional person who prefers a fairly quiet lifestyle.
There are all the domestic amenities expected (as I live here).
There is a beautiful, fairly large garden with a BBQ which is a great retreat in what is an overwhelmingly quiet neighbourhood.
The room has just been fully refurbished with new furniture and mattress.
There is a family bathroom that is almost exclusively for the spare room.
There is an office if you wish to work from home, I work from home some of the time.
The house has superfast broadband.
There is a tv with an independent TiVo box in the room.
The package includes TNT Sports / Sky Sports and Netflix.
The house is situated 15 minutes walk from the new hospital, 12 minutes walk from Rolfe Street Railway station (1 stop from New Street). It is 3 minutes walk from the Windmill Shopping Centre (with a Pure Gym) and 10 minutes drive from the city centre. If you wish to use the tram, the nearest station is Handsworth Booth Street which is about 5 minutes drive.
The whole house is cleaned fortnightly by a professional cleaner.
I walk and look after a friendly dog quite often, so the house doesn't suit someone who doesn't like canines.
I will require a reference from an employer.
