About the Tenants
You will be sharing with myself and one other housemate both in our early 30s. I work in IT and the other is a Fitness Instructor. We both enjoy martial arts, film, video games

We are looking for someone in full-time employment, who is responsible, fairly clean and house proud, and reasonably social. We watch movies and cook for each other from time to time, so if you're interested in film, cooking and nutrition you'll go over very well!

This is not the right house for either party animals or very antisocial people, we try to find a balance. No smoking or pets.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (over bath shower, sink & toilet). large living room, large dining room (features a fridge-freezer), and kitchen (complete with oven/stove, toaster, fridge, sink, and kettle. We have safe on-street parking.

Location:
The house is well-positioned in the middle of Chapel Allerton, just a short walk from numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, gyms, and shops including Aldi, Lidl, and Tesco Express. A new gym is opening in the area soon just 5 minutes' walk from the house.
